Refund policy

 

Please respect our return/exchange policy:  Full-price merchandise may be returned for a full refund, not including shipping and restocking fee if applicable, or exchanged within 5 days of the confirmed delivery date. 

At Mrs Evans Place, we respect and value every customer. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are glad to accept returns (on select merchandise).

Should you return an item that is not sent damaged or any other fault of the seller, shipping is non-refundable, you will be responsible for return shipping, and you will be refunded the price of the item and tax only minus a 20% restocking fee (restocking fee effective for any orders placed after Sept 23, 2024). 

DISCOUNTED ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. 

PREORDER & CUSTOM ORDERS - ALL SALES FINAL.

Christmas seasonal items purchased after October 15 are considered final sales. (Garland, wreaths, Christmas ribbons, bells, and etc)
